Learn advanced massage techniques to benefit your clients.Release specific muscular problems such as muscle spasm and tension, improve joint mobility,treat muscle related postural problems and aid recovery from injuries.
This is an accredited course by CTHA with 5 CPD points towards your professional development. You must have a Level 3 in Anatomy, Physiology and Massage qualification.

This one day Advanced Massage training course will cover:
- How to effectively release deeper muscles to aid further release of connected muscles
- How to identify the difference between a muscle knot and a lipoma
- How to identify and release different muscles that are under tension, stress, tired or over worked
- How to use body stretches to relax muscles allowing effective muscle massage
- Hands free techniques to allow deeper muscles massage and easing the strain on the hands
- How to use palpation skills
